Spacious handicap accessible condo on Cape Cod in Mashpee, MA located only 4.5 miles from the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Mashpee Commons full of restaurants, shopping, and family events. This small town located just east of Falmouth and close to Hyannis on the Upper Cape has so much to offer! Golf, mini-golf, beaches, scenic drives, shopping, the Cape Cod Potato Chip factory, fishing, whale watching, lighthouses, and perfect, romantic August sunsets await you at Southcape Resort. The resort itself has indoor and outdoor tennis courts as well as an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool with an attached jacuzzi. This two bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo also has a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, cable TV, central air, linens and towels, a designated parking space with plenty of visitor parking. A shared washer & dryer are located nearby. This unit is professionally cleaned after each checkout.
