Spread out around the spacious pool deck while soaking up the sun in one of the deck loungers, or fire up the gas grill for a backyard barbecue around the covered dining table. A gorgeous gas firepit and a bar area provide the ideal setting for sunset cocktails. The single-level interior has been fully remodeled with high-end fixtures and decor, providing ultimate home comfort and convenience during your stay. Vaulted ceilings and strong natural lighting create an inviting ambiance, while an impressive full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern must-haves. Fresh towels and linens are also provided for your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide byour good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises The pool is available seasonally from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Pool heating is automatically activated once the water temperature falls below 78 degrees Fahrenheit
