3 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Beach Community Home with Outdoor Shower (Sleeps Six)
One of the best priced rentals in Popponesset. Rent this 3 bedroom, 1 bath home and experience Popponesset like the locals. You’re within a five-minute walk to both the beach, playground, and the community center, where your children can play and make friends with others while you kick back and relax. Daily activities take place at the community center from ages 3 and up! Start your morning by watching your kid hit a home run in softball, score a goal in soccer, or paint a masterpiece at arts & crafts. The community center is open from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Monday through Friday and is completely free! Throughout the summer, there are a ton of miscellaneous activities to take part in such as the annual Popponesset Road Race, The 4th of July Games, Sox vs Yankees watch parties, Outdoor Movie Nights, weekly Bingo and much more! However, the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Just a mile up the street is the Popponesset Marketplace, a hub of local restaurants, clothing stores, and even a mini-golf course. Within Mashpee, we are surrounded by tons of shopping, golf, fishing and options for food. You will definitely not be bored!
There is plenty for you and your family to do during your stay, but if you wish to have a quiet night in, there’s nothing quainter than sitting out in our 3-season porch and enjoying each other’s company. In recent years, this home has been given a series of updates, such as kitchen appliances, fans, painting, smoke/carbon detectors, and faster Wifi. Xfinity cable and wifi is provided as well as Roku TV's for streaming service use. The cottage has off-street parking which can fit up to 6 cars. Beach chairs, buggies, towels and some miscellaneous beach games are included during your stay.
*We have made some cosmetic changes in the sun room, kitchen and hopefully soon, the bathroom. 04/04/22

Excellent dog friendly space
Excellent dog friendly space; lovely neighborhood, close to beach. Clean, comfortable home. Only issues were lack of hot water in the shower and undependable cable in LR TV. But WiFi worked great, other appliances were good and the beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower is a nice perk! Owners were responsive about any issues. I'd definitely come back.
