"Hotel not bad at all. Very comfortable. Wellness area is very pleasant. The one thinng that let it down was amenities. I arrived Sunday evening very tired. Used the spa area briefly before it closed. By the time I got to the restaurant just after 8 the kitchen was closed. Being Sunday also nothing open in town. No bottles of water in the room - arguably the tap water should be good but still. So I ended up eating at the local kebab shop which was the only choice and tobe fair wasn't the worst. Basically accepting that it's off season and late on a Sunday I would have still liked to have a bit more options at the hotel. Water in"

"Wir hatten einen tollen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub bei Familie Maaß. Elisabeth war zu jeder Zeit für Wünsche oder Fragen da. Unseren Kindern hat besonders die Nähe zu den Tieren gefallen. Sie durften füttern, striegeln, Eier sammeln.Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well looked after, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. "Fantastic staff, Judith at reception was so welcoming and Emily the manager did an incredible job and made the next week of our holiday amazing with her outstanding ad advice and kindness. Based on her recommendations, which were 100% accurate, we changed our next few destinations and had an amazing time. Great facilities, comfortable beds, very peaceful and outstanding food which made half board absolutely worth it. After such a great experience here we only stayed at Via hotels for the rest of our trip and had a much better experience than when we paid three times the price in other hotels. I highly recommend staying here!!"
