"The Holly House is oozing with character. The owners have captured the old charm while updating everything to modern expectations. The home was comfortable in every way. It's in a quiet, suburban neighborhood, but not too far from everything. The owners were very responsive to questions and cared for us out immediately. The home is a little quirky, but that made it all the more enjoyable to us."

"We didn't get to spend as much time on the property as we would have liked but we enjoyed our time. It was a peaceful spot on a secluded property. Meeting Dexter the Donkey and the cats on the property, as well as enjoying the scenery, was the highlight. "We had guests visiting from Michigan and used The Seedling property as our base of operations. We explored Edwardsville and the surrounding area, much of which was walkable. We loved our time at this property! It was very cute and had plenty of space for two couples and one child."

A full length mirror in at least one room for dressing. A bedside lamp next to each bed (with light bulbs) A desk and/or dresser in each bedroom to unpack and settle in vs living out of a suitcase on the floor."

"I’ve been to their home twice now. They provide every essential you need. It’s quiet and peaceful. They provide board games to entertain the family. I recommend the hot tub at night, I’m pretty sure you can see every star in the sky. Even the power plant across the field provides a cool landscape."

"First i want to say the house was spacious enough for all of us. The house was not very clean and the vents must've been dirty because we all got sick with colds and congestion the next day. The fenced in backyard is basically jst the pool and a little space for the grill. We could not go out there because of the way the pool is covered and not blocked off so the kids or even adults may have fallen on the tarp which had previous holes and fallen in the pool which still had water in it.
