"Alessandro was amazing. We were able to do early check in and leave our baggage for several hours after check out. The breakfast had lots of variety. The only issue was that the toilet had a trick to it in order to flush it. You had to pump the button 2 times and on the third it flushed. Central location. Very walkable. Would stay here again. "

"Palace Catania is an excellent place to stay. Our check-in experience was outstanding, largely due to the front desk attendant named Annalaura. Her professionalism, courteousness, and cheerfulness made the entire process pleasant and expedient. Fluent in English, she was more than happy to assist us in any way possible to make our stay a pleasant one. Additionally, the remaining staff, particularly in the breakfast service area, were also warm, friendly, and attentive - and the pastries were delicious too! Finally, the room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony view."

"Hotel room was nice and clean. Plenty of space. The pool was closed the whole time but we were able to lay out on the tanning chairs. The access to the “beach” was closed off due to not being ready for guests. We did not use the weight room but did visit it. Not much there but enough to get a small workout in while on vacation. There isn’t much near the hotel. We had to uber to Catania and Taormina for things to do."

"Too far from the touristy stuff, it was a $20 Uber ride to go anywhere, but the airport was only a 25 minute drive. It’s newly done, all modern, very clean. Staff was super nice. Loved our stay."

"Terrific room. they upgraded us as soon as we arrived out of the blue. Location is perfect. Parking: don't overthink it. there is one parking garage South of the city and one North. just park at the Porta de Catania parking garage and walk the six minutes to this hotel."

"Bar was great, convenient and friendly staff. Front desk staff, Leo, was helpful and friendly. Clean rooms even if a little outdated. The area had a devastating natural disaster a few months ago so the area has a lot of construction which did not interfere with our stay."
