Don’t call room services…. They are rude and said.. I had to go down and pick it up. You think 400.00 dollars a night a person would deliver room service to your room. Horrible experience

I'm not happy with this stay. I had to wait about 20 minutes just to get the door code, which was frustrating because I was in hurry. Also, there were hidden property damage fees. Overall, not a good experience
