"My room was tremendously clean and comfortable. Staff helped me dispose of my damaged luggage and suggested a great place to purchase a replacement, as well as provided me with several great local dining suggestions that were absolute home runs. The Uber pickup site is right outside the lobby. Lots of conveniences."

"I’ve stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Bedrooms: even the most standard room has a separate bedroom. The ac wasn’t working but we are barely in the room so it was fine. A fan was provided. Bathroom: standard. Our tub was completely clogged and they sent a maintenance person within 5min and he fixed it in 10min. It was so fast. Pool: keep in mind it’s salt water. More of a leisure pool and it’s never too busy which is great. Hot tub: not crazy hot but hot enough. The jets didn’t work on our last two visits. Staff: top notch. Everyone is wonderful. Location: excellent, close to everything."

"Had a wonderful stay at Coachman Inn, we stayed in a 6-person bedroom, kitchenette was generous, with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and pots, pans, spoons, dishware, etc. We only stayed one night as a transition on our National Parks loop but we envisioned easily staying longer given the lovely and varied buffet breakfast (with toasty coffee and signature gravy and biscuits), kitchenette amenities, and comfortable bedding/room space & storage! The decoration and maintenance was grogeous and really elavated our stay, and the 2 hot tubs were perfect for relaxing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming-Shoutout to Dana who was so gracious to us during our short stay!"

"The floors arevery dirty. Under the dresser 10 inches off the floor has not been vacuumed or mopped for a long time. Bathroom floor was very dirty. Bed was very comfortable! The noise from the semi outside the room All. Night. Long., not so terrific. Seriously slept with my fingers in my ears, and I wear hearing aids."

"Big breakfast area and one person was trying to restock items and clean. She was great, even quickly took away my dirty utensil when I was inspecting it without me having me to complain. Room was brand new and clean, dishes available for use. Curtain to separate bed from sofa bed for a little privacy. Pool was saline, something I’m not used to so it was awesome, and they gave pool noodles and floaties. Only complaint was the room wasn’t totally cleaned on our 3rd day, hair was still on floor in bathroom and that small trash not emptied. Bed was poorly made. One thing I always forget is to tip so it was very convenient that they gave me the QR code of the person cleaning my room so I can pay online as I was checking out. I forgot my daughter’s purse and I’ve called several times to get assistance having it mailed back to Hawaii. I’m still waiting to hear back from them."
