"Everything was excellent. There was a lot of confusion upon parking and actually finding the hotel and how to check in. This should definitely be explained in detail. We were thankful to find another patron who already figured it out and explained it to us. Had to switch rooms and my keycards were switched to another floor but couldn’t get back to the initial room to retrieve our items. Thankfully my fiance was in the room who brought everything to the lobby to only go back on the elevator to the new room. Keycards only work on the elevator where your room is. "

"Some interesting characters at this hotel. Nowhere was it stated that it was basically a motel. Holes in the shower curtain and someone’s toenail on the carpet. A moth was also in the room right while I checked in. Sketchy "

"The hotel was extremely beautiful and very well kept.You can tell it is very modern... The staff was incredibly kind and willing to help... My only issue was when I tried to get an extra blanket and some extra towels.It took me multiple times to ask. Other than that, it was an exceptional hotel.And I plan to return "

"Staff = 5/5 Forgive me, I cannot recall the exact names of the front desk staff, but Audrey (or Aubrey) and Mr. Shaun (Shawn, Sean) LOL, they were phenomenal! The entire front desk crew was solid, but those two truly stood out. They were welcoming, helpful, and made the experience that much better. I would honestly book here again because of them alone. I stayed in a one-room king bed, which was comfortable overall. Housekeeping comes daily unless you place a do not disturb sign, and they did a good job for the most part. There were a few small areas where cleaning could have been more thorough. I noticed a couple of crumbs and things on the floor upon check-in, especially in corners and crevices. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel did have a slightly eerie vibe at times, but that could have just been my experience traveling alone. The location is a big plus, it’s within walking distance to great spots, and I felt safe walking around, even at night."
