The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

To Unlock the Door: Enter the code, then turn the knob to the left—the door will unlock. No key is needed.

To Lock the Door: Pull the door closed firmly toward you, press the upper button, then turn the knob to the right. Wait about three seconds until you hear a click, confirming it’s locked.

Being in Florida means nature is part of the experience—you may see lizards, bugs, and other critters. We maintain regular pest control, but keeping doors closed and food sealed will help.
