"The beach access promo was not to my liking. We had to take a huge hike to get there as the shuttle only operates at certain times which was not during the time of my stay bcs there was cloud cover. The balcony was not inviting. The menu was subpar. "

"Our first night the ac unit mess up and bed frame and dressers had large stains. They did move us to a new right away which was way nicer and updated furniture. Overall good for families big space and everything in the kitchen is available. Pots and pans. "

"Staff was friendly. For the price and location it was great. I would stay again. The only complaint we had was the floors making our feet black no matter what we tried. My girlfriend even tried to wash the floors and it still wasn't great. Breakfast area got congested in the morning. New layout maybe in the future? So close to the harborwalk though its hard to beat! The free breakfast was a nice perk."

"Room was clean enough. The staff could’ve definitely been friendlier. I didn’t care for the breakfast but it was adequate. I tried to buy some ice coffee in bottles that were for sale but they had all expired 3 months ago. I told the lady at the desk but they were still there the next day and never did get removed. It was very pet friendly. I’m not terribly picky about where I stay as long as it’s clean. The room was cleaner than the rest of the hotel. All-in-all it was adequate especially for the price. "
