The staff was excellent in fixing issues we had when we first arrived.
1) The blind did not work. We needed light.
2)The WiFi did not work in the room.
3) A piece of tile was loose from the wall.
4) There was no frig in the room (or microwave).
5) My husband needed light to work at the desk. A lamp was brought in to remedy the situation.
Since the WiFi did not work in the room, they moved us down the hall to a different room.
We were tired, so we went to bed. The next night I told my husband that it felt like my side of the bed was broken. If I got too close to the edge of the bed, I could fall off. My husband felt around and felt nothing under my side of the bed. We went to the desk the next morning and they sent up a couple of maintenance men to check it out. They picked up the bed to find out that whoever set up the bed put the box spring upside down, thus, there was no support for my side of the bed.
There were no phones in either room to call down to the desk (or anywhere).
