I loved that it was treated like a restaurant where they found you a table and chairs. The staff was plentiful and so very friendly. The hotel was within easy waking distance to Pier 39, a walgrens and the big Ferris wheel. Just a lovely hotel. "

"The front desk staff is wonderful! Housekeeping was great the first round, the second was very sloppy. We had to have them come back and deliver, towels, soap, glasses, dump trash, etc. The restaurant is “ok” not great. Happy hour is reasonable but limited. The location is perfect and feels safe! Good value!"
