The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful! It was perfect for our trip! We enjoyed everything it had to offer & there is something for everyone to do! The backyard the best place to be… so peaceful with beautiful scenery!!! We would love to go back in the summer!!!
This is a great place to stay for large groups! Everyone loved the game room and river access. I will say I booked 5 bedrooms but was only allowed access to 4. For the money I was paying I was expecting to gain access to all of the bedrooms listed. Other than that the stay was great.
This place was so comfy and relaxing. Only thing I would suggest is that after it rained some, the ramp going to driveway was very slick from and I slipped pretty badly. Everything is good, but I would suggest putting some grip strips or something on it to prevent slips. Other than that the place was great.
I hesitate to rave about our stay because I don’t want to share this secluded paradise. We had the absolute best time. The house and surrounding area look exactly like the pictures. We have 4 kids (16, 14, 12, 10) and between the game room, outside play space and access to the river, there was plenty to keep everyone busy and happy. The house was clean. The hosts were great communicators. We really could not have asked for more. Thank you for a great break for our family! We can't wait to come back :)
Great location for a quiet get-away. Very cool, rustic cabin on a dead end road, right on the river. Caught plenty of fish right off the dock...small top water on light tackle was the key. Great non-hotel option, close to San Marcos and the all that beautiful Texas Hill Country has to offer.
Overall good stay. Could definitely use some dusting. House is haunted, doors randomly open/close and you can hear footsteps upstairs when no one is there.
