Great place for floaters!

The house is in the perfect location for floating at Texas State Tubes! And the owner is extremely friendly and responsive. We had a a large group and it was plenty of space for us and the house even came equipped for anything a party might need! If you are planning on floating this is the place! Only a few blocks from TST!

2nd time guests

Hosts make it so simple. Just a perfect house to float the river. Fits 10 comfortably. Everything is provided and if you do happen to forget something there is a Walmart near by. We will absolutely be returning and recommend this place to everyone

Pictures don't do it justice

Gave accuracy of listing 4/5 only because the pictures don't do this place justice. This place is amazing and it's just down the road from Texas State Tubes. The rooms are much larger than they look in the photos.

River Adventure Weekend

Very easy check-in and quick response from owner. GREAT location within walking distance of tube rentals with an extra discount on tubes included. Pool table and fuse ball were a plus. Huge backyard with shade was excellent for grilling out.

Great stay, Highly recommend.

House owners were very helpful, accessible, & understanding. Only a short walk to the river shuttle & tube discounts for staying with Taz. House itself was very clean & had lots of space. It’s also the perfect distance from Walmart.

Great House

Our family really enjoyed the house. Loved all the extras that came with the house, pool table, patio with gas and smoker grill, discounts and close access to tubing. We can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful location! We had a great time! We slept wonderful my family was very happy! Will recommend patio be sprayed for spiders again. I did speak to property manager about it . She was already a wear of the problem and was working on it . Due to the weather like it is i completely understand , but overall it was great we are thinking to come back in August. Thanks Mrs Rice

Great house with access to the river

Property was well kept and easy to access. The pool table, roku, and board games made for easy entertaining. I found a couple dirty grilling utensils when I went to use the gas grill, but no big deal to clean. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend tubing sweet spot

The location was great, its a 5 min walk to Texas Tubes. Big backyard with a gas grill that we took advantage of. My party of 10 fit comfortably in the house. Stephnee was quick to answer any questions I had. Overall a flawless experience.
