WePuglia - Trullo Meraviglioso

Trullo Meraviglioso is a lovely trulli villa, renovated and furnished preserving the authenticity of the place. The villa is located in the beautiful countryside of Valle d’Itria around 2k m from Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello. It has a small swimming pool (4m x 8m x h 1,3m) for the exclusive use of guests, solarium, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The accomodation is perfect for couples with its romantic view, it is ideal for those looking for relaxation and tranquility.



The house consists of a living room with bench and table with chairs and safe, a kitchen equipped with induction hob, sink, fridge and oven. The two doors on the left lead respectively to the double bedroom with the classic Trulli vault and to the bathroom with shower.. There’s another room where you can enjoy the hydromassage tub with chromotherapy in complete relax, the area is accessible both from the bathroom and the outside. The outdoor area has a large stone square, a pergola with outdoor table and chairs, a large walnut tree with two little hammocks, a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (4m x 8m and 1.3m h), outdoor shower, a solarium area with two pouf sun loungers.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Martina Franca, equal to 0.80€ per day for each person over 13, for the first 5 days.



Check-In 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out before 10am



Cautionary Deposit: 300€
