Recently built and furnished in a style inspired by local tradition, the villa combines simple Apulian character with modern comfort. Days here move easily between time spent at home and gentle excursions into nearby towns or toward the coast, which can be reached in around 25 minutes.



Outdoor spaces are designed for unhurried living. A shaded veranda and pergola sit beside the pool, creating comfortable areas for meals, rest, and time spent outdoors while taking in the surrounding views.

SPACES:

Villa Solivetta is reserved entirely for private use and offers a compact, well-balanced layout.



The villa includes two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms. A light-filled living room features a French-size double sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children. A third service bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine and additional fridge-freezer complete the interior spaces.



Outdoors, the veranda is equipped for dining and relaxing in the shade, even during warmer days. The private saltwater swimming pool measures 10 x 4 metres, with a constant depth of 1.4 metres, entrance steps, and hydromassage jets — a quiet place to cool off and rest at your own pace.
