The host was very responsive to my messages and catered for my late check-in without any issues (I arrived at 11pm). Contact through WhatsApp was efficient and check-out was very straight forward too. I stayed alone, but this would be suitable for 2 people, anymore and you might feel a bit cramped. The buffet style breakfast was wonderful with many breakfast options. The room was clean with lots of storage space for my clothing and suitcases. I had to leave early for a flight to return home and they even packed a meal to go box for us! The staff went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would stay again on my next trip to Tirana."

That being said, the staff was absolutely top notch. The room was clean and comfortable."
