Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We received a confirmation that we could stay here. When we arrived to Harrison I had not received any information about the check in details before we drove to the location. I started to try to contact the host. I wasn't sure what the phone service would be like at the house. We waited for over an hour for response which we did not receive a response. Then waited another two hours for Vrbo to help us contact the host just to find out that it was double booked through a different booking site. We had to find somewhere else to stay. We drove 6 hours down to the area. We bought 200 dollars worth of groceries that we had to throw most of it away at the hotel that we had to end up booking while we made other arrangements for our weekend and we lost a day of our vacation. I have stayed at a lot of Vrbos and this is my first experience with this situation. We made the best of our situation but do not want to experience it again. Best wishes.
