"House was clean and had everything we needed and the small things we forgot were able to be picked up at the dollar general down the road. Steps to loft and lower level were steep but manageable. Fire pit was nice but full of ash, once cleaned out we were able to use it. Also no wood was provided so be sure to bring some or request that some is provided before you get there. Having the kitchen and game room on the lower level and the bedrooms on the first and second floor was unusual but it worked out as the kitchen door is level with the deck and people playing games late at night weren't disturbing those that went to bed early. Access to the lake was challenging due to the lake at winter pool so after winter draw down the best ramp to use was the one at Kenlake statepark which has free use and parking. We would stay at this property again. "
