Front desk crew was very helpful and friendly. Towels were super thin and small. Bed was actually a sofa bed. at check in room floor was not cleaned and full of black hair.

Catastrophique

Arrivée à 18 h, pas d'accueil. Aucun moyen de récupérer nos clefs. Plusieurs couples étaient dans notre situation.Nous avons essayé de joindre pendant plus d'une heure un numéro qui ne trouvait pas notre reservation. Un agent de sécurité nous a ouvert au bout d'une heure ( mes enfants étaient frigorifiés et inquiets) . Il nous a ouvert une chambre au hasard. Chambre sale, toile d'araignée , poils dans la douche. Le lampadaire est tombé sur le lit à quelques centimètres de mon fils de 6 ans. Bref. Séjour catastrophique.
