Definitely not a 4 star, more like a 3 star. I liked the spacious room overlooking the port and town. No room service which was unhelpful. Found dust in parts of the room. Overall had a good stay exploring Marseille.

Large hotel with very basic, comfortable, and quiet rooms. The small balconies are a nice touch! Bathrooms are decorated as decks of a ship, given the proximity to the port. Also very close to the Cathedral Major, and the Museum of Art. We’ll definitely be back!

Dear ChunmeiThank you for your comments. What do you mean by bad location.We are located in the Euromed business center. Close to the Mucem, the Docks, the Terrasses du Port shopping center, the Silo and the new EuropaCorp cinema. You can access the city center using the tram located at the foot of the hotel. We are minutes from the cruise ship port.

The property picture was deceiving. The lobby is ok the room is big but the single beds seemed to old and it squeak as you moved. The carpet are stained . It does need a bit of upgrading if I may say .the location is great 👍

Arrived early and they took in our luggage so we could explore. Good location for food and drink as close to the docks and Les Terrasses du Port. Good transport links with a tram stop right outside. Nice clean spacious room. Air con could be better though as it was still quite humid at night.
