DISASTER

DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience ever. Hotel manager Natalie was always rude and unfriendly. They refused to change my reservation and they kept my money. They constantly lied about everything. Hotel is far from everywhere and taxis take 30 minutes just to arrive to hotel. A real nightmare. Do not stay here. Worst hotel ever

Péssima segurança, fomos roubados

During hotel checkout we had a luggage stolen. The hotel's security cameras clearly show the theft. The hotel undertook to solve the problem and we left, without important items of considerable value. The hotel after a while managed to recover the suitcase, but obviously we were no longer in the city, since the theft occurred at checkout. However, the hotel said that to retrieve the bag we have to pick it up there. We can't go back to get it, and this bag is really missing on our trip.
