This is an older property but incredibly clean! Cleanliness cannot be faulted and the staff absolutely excellent. Well situated across the road to the sea. Food in the restaurant very good.

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick mit einer guten und leisen Klimaanlage. Das Bett war hervorragend. Strandzugang nur über die Straße! Großer Parkplatz im Hof, prima Frühstück (aber 11 €). Sehr nettes Personal, eine Nacht dazubuchen war problemlos möglich! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder!

Parfait

Après un accueil un peu sec suite à une erreur du site hotels.com concernant le nombre de personne accepté dans la même chambre ( 1 adultes et un enfant de 4ans et un enfant de 2ans ) pour 3 personnes acceptés normalement dans la réservation la gérante ne voulait pas pas nous laisser malgré la réservation effectuée dans les règles. Finalement après vérification , elle nous a autorisé l’accès à son hôtel l’erreur n’étant pas de notre faute mais bien à cause du site internet. Malgré cette mésaventure de départ nous avons passer un très bon séjour avec les enfants. Le parking est idéalement pratique et ombragé. L’hôtel est directement sur la plage ( juste la route à traverser ). Vraiment idéal avec des enfants, restaurants tout autours. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Grande Salle de bain impeccable et grande douche idéal encore avec des enfants. Le matin de notre départ le personnel a gentiment accepté que mes fils prennent leur goûter dans la magnifique véranda vu sur mer vu qu’il pleuvait des sceaux d’eau. Merci à vous nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Waren vom 17.4. - 21.4.2024 un diesem Hotel, Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Sicht auf Meer und Promenade gab immer was zu sehen. Nachts kaum noch Verkehr auf der Strasse. Perfekter Parkplatz. Alle freundlich, hat uns sehr gefallen!

Traitement scandaleux de la part de la direction et du personnel de l'hôtel. Nous sommes venus pour passer un week-end romantique à la Ciotat. Le personnel de l'hôtel et ensuite la direction ont gâché notre séjour. Nous sommes été traités de manière pas acceptable, agressive et scandaleuse. Un employé de l'hôtel nous a insinué que nous avions touché le boîtier d'incendie et ça a déclenché l'alarme ! Mais nous étions absents à l'hôtel quand l'alarme a sonné !Donc il nous a accusé sans aucune raison et sans preuve. Nous avons proposé appeler la police et vérifier les photos des caméras mais il a refusé. Le comportement du personnel était certainement pas moral et hors des normes du savoir - vivre accepté. Pas respectueux et pas justifié.

Dommage pas de lit double face à la mer ….

Belle salle de bain rénovée. Lit un peut bas , avec une bouilloire en accueil dans les chambres serait un plus , bon et grand parking appréciable. Le déjeuner face à la mer excellent pour débuter la journée …Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de chambre lit double face à la mer , on est pas obligé de dormir en couple pour voir la mer . Et même entre frangine en partageant la même chambre j’aime bien mon lit toute seule .
