"Although hotel deco was a little dated our room was kept spotlessly clean as were the public areas including grounds, pool and terrace which were tidy and daily maintained. Optional buffet breakfast was of typical French fair, popular items replenished on request, bakery items I believe were baked on premises. Also available were scrabbled eggs cooked to order. The was also a bar at reception offering canned and bottled drinks and ice cream to purchase during the day. All staff were polite and friendly, Maria and Christine were particularly welcoming and helpful, assisting with local recommendations and booking of taxi transport. The only gripe I have is having booked a no smoking room as none smokers, there weren’t any outside no smoking public areas so we had to sit amongst smokers at breakfast and any other times on the outside terrace, around the pool and gardens. Plus we had smoke drifting onto our private room terrace from neighbouring ones and found cigarette ash which could only have dropped from the Juliette windows of the supposedly non smoking room above ours! I would recommend this hotel for the hospitality and small attention to details including their soft white towels but be more aware of the leniency towards the many smokers that seemed to also be holidaying whilst we were there"

"Que dire de cette maison et de son hôte ? Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Katia, qui nous a fait le tour de la propriété rapidement. Nous avons bien discuté de nos plans, et elle nous a suggéré quelques endroits à visiter dans le coin.Le lendemain, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin blanc de la région :) Pour n'importe quelle question que nous avions, elle nous a vite répondu, même tard :) La maison est face à l'étang, devant une piste cyclable et piétonne, et une rue calme. Nous avions le levé du soleil, magnifique. Le vol des hirondelles et la vue sur Sète, magnifique !Le parking est parfait, dans la propriété :) On peut manger dehors, s'asseoir et lire en voyant les cyclistes passer, ou les personnes promener leurs chiens. Magnifique ! Nous avons tous aimé l'endroit, et vive la clim ! Il a fait chaud durant notre séjour, mais la clim a fait toute la différence.Il y avait déjà le nécessaire pour cuisiner (huile, sel, poivre, une bouteille d'eau, du café, un air fryer, une machine à café, etc). Le lave-vaiselle et et la machine propres, avec les liquides de lessive disponible. Merci pour tout ! Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux, pour cette belle propriété bien située. J'ai aimé Marseillan, je vous conseille de la visiter :) Merci pour tout !!! J'espère revenir dans le futur."

"Nous sommes une famille allemande avec deux enfants et un chien, et nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances d’été à Marseillan. Nous recommandons cette location de vacances sans la moindre hésitation.Même notre chien s’y est immédiatement senti comme à la maison .L’appartement était exactement conforme aux photos de l’annonce et parfaitement équipé. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un agréable séjour était à notre disposition. Nous nous y sommes sentis bien dès le premier instant et avons pleinement profité de nos vacances.Nous souhaitons adresser une mention toute particulière à Frédérique, qui s’est occupée de notre accueil et de la remise des clés. Elle a été d’une extrême gentillesse, très serviable et très professionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la rapidité avec laquelle elle a trouvé une solution lorsque notre voiture, en raison de sa taille, ne pouvait pas entrer dans le garage. Madame Bovat, la propriétaire, a immédiatement organisé une autre place de parking, ce dont nous lui sommes très reconnaissants.Nous tenons également à remercier chaleureusement Madame Bovat pour son accueil et sa grande gentillesse. On sent qu’elle accorde une réelle importance au bien-être de ses hôtes.Un immense merci pour ce merveilleux séjour ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"
