  • Our charming apartment is located in an idyllic valley near Perugia. Three spacious rooms and a private terrace offer plenty of space for spending time together with a view of nature. The complex features a large pool and spacious common areas that invite you to relax. Perfect for a wonderful time with excursions to Assisi, Lake Trasimeno or the picturesque villages of Umbria. Here, tranquillity, culture and Italian joie de vivre come together.

    Each apartment has a kitchen and a refrigerator. There is also a well-equipped communal kitchen. It is not uncommon for people to cook together here. There is also a leisure area with a pool table, a table tennis table and materials for getting creative.

    In the garden, there is a large barbecue and a pizza oven. There is also plenty of space for ball games.

    The surrounding nature invites you to take long walks.
