"Hotel was well situated, unfortunately a lot of building work going on in neighbourhood. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Occasional confusion with housekeeping over towels in bathroom - change not changed, removed and not replaced (minor issue as staff quick to remedy when asked/reminded)."

Only downsides for me is that I would expect a hotel of this standard to have better toiletries; you have shampoo/shower gel (same thing), but no hair conditioner, which was a nightmare when arriving late and wanting to wash your hair followed by Sunday when all shops were shut.
