Villa del Tufo takes its name from the material with which it was made, Sicilian tuff.

In addition to the walls, floors, seats, frames, details and furnishing elements such as the tuff blocks next to the beds that act as bedside tables are also made of tuff.

In this villa where tuff is certainly the main protagonist you can breathe Sicily, with its colors from the yellow of the lemons, to the orange of the mandarins, to the green of the trees, to the blue of the sea, to the red of the typical Marsala liqueur.

The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to share moments of relaxation, conviviality and lots of fun.

An annex totally dedicated to people with disabilities is our flagship and our pride.

THE EXTERIORS:
Villa del Tufo enjoys large outdoor spaces with a large swimming pool with a relaxation area next to it and all around a crown of olive trees that provide natural shade for the sun loungers located beneath them.

Between the swimming pool and the villa we have the area dedicated to the oven for making bread and pizzas and the grill for grilling meat or fish.

Adjacent to the house is a wooden gazebo which houses a table with benches for having lunch and dinner outdoors with friends.

Just a few meters from the main villa we have the Dependance with porch and relaxation area.

On the upper floor, which is accessed via an external staircase, we have a large terrace that can be used for events with live music and local tastings. From here you can enjoy the sea view with spectacular sunsets.

The garden with fruit trees, fragrant rosemary hedges, centuries-old palm trees and a small row of fine grapes surround the entire villa.

A corner dedicated to spices couldn't be missing!

Here time passes slowly, far from everything where you can experience moments that taste of authentic Sicily, from the chef's dinners, to the homemade bread of our Agostino, to the Yoga lessons by the pool to a nice regenerative massage from our Giusy under a olive Tree. And then much more…

INTERIORS:
If the scents inebriate you outside, when you enter the house you will be inebriated by the colours, the colors of Sicily.

A colorful house transmits joy, cheerfulness, conviviality, friendship, in short, the whole spirit of the owners who wish to provide colorful hospitality in the name of good humor and good food in company.

In the living area we have the living room with TV, the dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 20 people, a small but well-equipped kitchen also with a wine cellar, a service bathroom adjacent to the living room.

In the sleeping area we have 2 double bedrooms that share the bathroom, ideal for a family, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom adjacent to the kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the upper floor with private terrace.

Finally, the Dependance with double bed, living room with sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower, totally accessible for people with disabilities. Porch with relaxation area.

Due to its characteristics, Villa del Tufo is ideal for families even with small children or groups of friends of all ages, young, very young and not so young.

HOW TO GET:
BY PLANE
Trapani-Birgi Airport is just 13 km away and Palermo Airport is approximately 96 km away.

ON THE TRAIN
From Palermo, there are some local trains every day. The journey takes approximately 3 hours. For further information, visit the State Railways website.

ON BOAT
For Sicily there are ferries and fast ships that connect Sicily with Cagliari, Civitavecchia, Genoa, Livorno, Malta, Naples, Nice, Salerno, Toulon, Tunis, Villa San Giovanni which also offer the car transport service.

The main docking station, from which most of the ferries in Sicily depart and arrive, is the port of Palermo, Messina, Trapani, Milazzo, Termini Imerese and Pozzallo.
