The villa is 3 km from the historic center and is 500 METERS FROM THE BEST LIDES: Delfino, Pakeka and lido Signorino where you can practice windsurfing, kitesurfing. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating, suitable for all seasons, being inhabited around the whole year. Recently furnished with new furniture, equipped with all comforts: WI-FI. fridge, washing machine, SAT TV, barbecue, bicycles etc. etc. They are connected to the center. The villa is surrounded by greenery combines the possibility of relaxation, with the proximity of the sea and the splendid historic center of Marsala from which you can admire the natural beauty and taste the Marsalese cuisine including fresh fish, the legendary couscus, and ricotta cannoli fabulous. From there it is possible to reach THE WINE PLANTS, OF WHICH FLORIO and PELLEGRINO, LE Egadi, Mothia, ERICE, SAN VITO, LO CAPO, SEGESTA, SELINUNTE. AND THE SALINE, WITH ITS MAGNIFICENT WINDMILLS,
WITH ITS SUNSET ONE OF THE MOST SUGGESTIVE PLACES IN THE WORLD.
