"The property is old and run down. Outdated is an understatement. There was constant construction and was unsafe to walk in certain areas at times, with bo signage to indicate where to walk or areas to avoid. There were water stains around the bathtub and toilet. The grout was moldy and chipped. The drapes were stained and there was accumulated dust throughout the room, showing lack of deep cleaning. The bed had a hard pad, bot a mattress that made it extremely hard to sleep. The pillows were deformed and also hard. The air conditioning unit worked very well and cooled efficiently. The mini fridge was not very clean and turned off each time the key was removed from room. There was not much variety in the main restaurant buffet. The same pastries each night were served. There was one restaurant at the hotel, Italian. However, each room was only allowed to eat at the restaurant once per stay. The food was underwhelming and in actuality was not a restaurant, more like the “panorama bar kitchen” serving food to a gazebo that they called the “Italian restaurant” I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever return."

"Everything was fantastic tbh, i recommend that hotel for my friends.. i and my brothers had enjoyed by our condition there .. starting from the reception guy was friendly with us to the housekeeper was so clean and the food is very testy and the chifs are experts .. the only report is gonna be for the animation team and with specific one ( Samy ) was very uncooperative with us he was playing only no egptyian songs and when he sees us dancing with the egyptian song he fastly change the song but the other guys were cooperation .. another report for the bar guy ( Hesham he is fat a little and short) he is so semp i suggest reject him .. but overall rate is 9.5 / 10 i enjoyed and that wasn't my first accommodation there and will not being the last ♥️"

"Amazing for families and children. If you want some great seaside and beach and mainly tranquility, this is the right place to be. DIDN’t like that Expedia booked the trip from Hurghada Airport which is 2hours and 30mins away from Marsa Alam so plz beware of this detail (apparently there are no direct flights from U.K. to Marsa Alam). Food was fine but not excellent (also the buffet it gets very messy at lunch time). Guys from the SPA and Excursions teams literally busted my ears all day long with their packages so get ready to deal with that whilst trying to enjoy your holidays "
