"Amazing place for diving! Great food, friendly staff, skilled diving instructors. This was my second time in Maraa Shagra and I’m definitely coming back again. It’s quite hot in August, but with several dives a day and AC in the rooms I don’t mind the heat and actually prefer the resort to be very quiet."

"I think this hotel needs some updating. The rooms were okay, had some bumps in the road, but the staff and the management team handled it. Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room. "Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."
