Use the beautiful stone fireplace in the winter time to make this home even more cozy. Enjoy a friendly match of Ping pong or foosball with some friends and family. Whip up some steaks out on the grill while enjoying taking in those scenic mountain views. This home has so many special features like the spiral staircase, the views and all of the space for a great friends and family getaway. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Waynesville and is approximately 37 minutes to downtown Asheville.

• 4WD/AWD Recommended in Winter
During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. For the extra effort, however, you are rewarded with seclusion, beauty, and a lot of fun just getting there!
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Wolf Laurel is a private community and has restrictions on motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles. If you plan to bring any vehicles other than cars or trailers, please contact our office to ensure they are permitted.
• Community Amenities
Amenities are available between May 1st and October 31st, and include a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball half-court, a kid's playground, a picnic pavilion, and fishing in the community pond. (Note that the picnic pavilion is available for guest use but cannot be scheduled for events.) Also included is use of the Community Center with a library, art wall, and activity center, and access to seasonal programs and events. (The swimming pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through September.) (DUE TO COVID-19, THE COMMUNITY POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE 2020 SEASON)
• This property offers local channels and streaming content for TV viewing (cable channels are not provided). In order to use paid services such as Netflix and Hulu Plus, guests must provide their own subscription account. Additional content is available through several free services.
• Noise Ordinance
Blue Mountain Hideaway is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. Carolina Mornings offers many properties that offer seclusion, so if this is an inconvenience for you, please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect property to match your needs!
