From our cabin, it’s an easy 30 minute drive to downtown Asheville.
*Mars Hill and Marshall - Step back in time in these quaint neighboring towns a short drive away. Mars Hill and Marshall offer delicious dining, breweries and shops with river and mountain views, on sweet main streets that invite you to slow down and stroll.
*Weaverville - Enjoy bungalow-lined streets, delicious coffee shops and bakeries, and lovely parks just a short drive away.
*Lamar Alexander Rocky Fork State Park - Just over the Tennessee border, explore the most beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and swimming holes.

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!
DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $219.50. Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.
This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras located by the front steps, one by the side door and one by the back door.
**Please Note: There is also a small general store called Wolf Provisions General Store. They have a small sandwich shop in there along with pretty much anything you would need during your stay.
Also, if you’re looking for some R&R outside of the cabin. There is another shop right beside of the general store, called Boundless Body. They offer facials, massages, Mani/ Pedis, Reiki and waxing.
