Perfect for families with children and small groups. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Parties and events are not allowed; daytime visitors are permitted until 10:00 pm. Ample outdoor parking and an indoor garage are available.



Nestled among Mediterranean greenery in Pòrtol, Sa Tanca is a rustic villa ideal for relaxing. It features a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with single beds, 1 with a double bed), and 2 bathrooms. The base capacity is 6 guests, extendable to 8 with extra beds available for an additional fee. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, general heating, TV, washing machine, coffee maker, cot, and high chair on request are provided.



Outdoors, enjoy a garden with a pond, two terraces, gas barbecue, an 8x4 m pool open year-round, and an exterior bathroom with shower. The property offers distant sea and mountain views. There is a secure workshop for bicycles.



The location is excellent: basic services are a 13-minute walk away, and restaurants are 8-10 minutes by car. Palma city center is 18 minutes, the airport 22 minutes, and Can Pastilla beaches 20 minutes by car. Ideal area for cycling.
