and meal preparation are available upon request. Villa Koeur can accommodate up to 10 guests in a calm, elegant, and comfortable setting. The villa features 5 bedrooms, several indoor living areas, a private pool, and a large landscaped garden to fully enjoy the outdoors. The spaces have been designed to allow for both convivial moments with family or friends and quiet relaxation. The Marrakech Selection staff can, upon request, provide housekeeping and meal preparation during your stay. The property also benefits from a dedicated caretaker present 7 days a week. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the villa, pool, garden, and private outdoor areas for the duration of their stay. Access to the property is controlled to ensure the peace and security of the occupants. Only those registered on the reservation are permitted to stay in the villa. Any outside visitors must be reported to Marrakech Selection at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval. A security guard is present to facilitate entry and exit, and a video intercom is installed at the property entrance. Other Notes: For safety and liability reasons, no outside personnel are authorized to enter the property. Only Marrakech Selection staff and authorized service providers may access the villa. To maintain the garden and pool, regular maintenance is scheduled throughout the week: automatic watering at appropriate times, one garden maintenance visit, and two pool maintenance visits. These services are organized to minimize disruption for guests. The occupants are required to respect Moroccan legislation, the neighborhood, and the villa's internal regulations.
