Amazing welcome and service! Truly a 5 star hotel. Rooftop was amazing and so was the sushi restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. Pool needs some TLC.

The location is excellent, close to the main attraction. Roof top events are fun and entertaining. The spa, the gym, and the Amman are excellent. The staffs are super friendly.

Staff, concierge, welcome services, spa and gym a great. The rooftop pool is virtually unusable because it’s too hot during the day and at night it’s a night club for mostly 20-something’s and is super loud. The music can be heard in your room every night. So if you’re a light sleeper it’s not great. Overall a great experience tho

The service is impeccable and the property is beautiful and centrally located. The service was so friendly and accommodating ! We ordered room service which you can access Nobu menu also and it was white glove service. Highly recommend and will definitely comeback

Old Hotel - very noisy in the rooms due to the roof top pool. Nice vibe, good restaurants - employees try hard but service is not up to the 5*standards. Pool is too small for the size of the hotel. Good location.

I appreciate the great service received, loved the room booked, and the pool areas were immaculate both the indoor and outdoor. My only con is I wish the area was more walkable to more shopping and food options because I didn’t enjoy the food at the hotel.
