Ik vond het erg tof dat het personeel oprecht geïnteresseerd was en constant vroeg of het goed ging en alles naar wens was. Cute Riad for a weekend break!

The staff here are great and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was pretty good and included in the price. There’s a nice roof top (not next to the pool) to relax and sunbathe on. It’s not an Instagram pool- quite small- but if you’re looking for somewhere to cool off after the day it’s fine. The spa service was fine and a good price but it’s not luxury. In terms of location, about 25 min walk to the souks and main square- very accessible! We’d recommend the airport meet and greet as it can be a little difficult to find iniatially. Great Riad for a short stay!

Oasis dentro del caos

Un hotel muy bonito, con un personal de 10, destacar su tacto y educación con nosotros. Repetiriamos seguro pero no estaria Hassan que nos enseñó un poco de su cultura y nos trató super bien. La unica pega es que el primer dia casi nos perdemos encontrandolo y el colchón no era de los más comodos, pero 100% recomendable. Desayuno y cena muy buenos.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wunderbares Riad mit sehr schönen und grosszügigen Zimmer. Zu den Souks sind es etwa 10 Minuten und zum grossen Platz Djemna el Fna 20 Minuten. Der Pool bietet eine wunderbare Abkühlung und ist sehr sauber. Auch das Team rund um Elodie und Stephane sind sehr zuvorkommend, sprechen Französisch und Englisch. Auch der Transfer hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben zudem das Spa genutzt und eine Hammam-Behandlung gebucht, die sehr entspannend war. Würde das Riad auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Relax e tradizione.

Il soggiorno presso il Riad Utopia è stato eccellente. Il Riad è molto curato e arredato con gusto e raffinatezza. Lontano dal caos della Medina resta comunque molto vicino. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite, una stanza molto bella e confortevole. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile ci ha accolti con te e pasticcini, ci ha dato ogni tipo di informazione e suggerimento, ha organizzato il nostro transfer da e per l'aeroporto e ha prenotato per noi l'escursione che più soddisfaceva i nostri desideri.

A very nice place, clean and efficient. The neighborhood is a little off the beaten path, but not far from most of the places one would like to visit. We stayed in one other riad in Marrakesh and the breakfast in the Riad Utopia was more modest, and could be improved. But a nice place overall.

A relaxing oasis

We had an absolute wonderful stay at Riad Utopia. Arriving at the beautiful oasis amongst the hectic Marrakech streets was instantly relaxing with the beautiful setting, scented air, and welcoming staff. Abdul was nothing short of wonderful and helped us get settled with tea and biscuits and kindly organised spa treatments for us the next day. The room was large and has the most wonderful bath. Note that there is only a sheer curtain between the bedroom and bathroom but the toilet is separate. The bed is comfortable and I had a comfortable sleep. We had a lovely breakfast, large for a riad, with eggs, fruit, yoghurt, bread, French toast, pancakes, orange juice and coffee. We sat by the pool downstairs but it is an option to have it on the rooftop terrace, which is a great spot for some private sunbaking. I recommend having a Hammam and massage at the spa - such a relaxing way to finish up our treat and we felt absolutely pampered. The only minor thing to note is that the walls are not absolutely soundproof. We were downstairs so most likely closer to noise in the morning. It wasn't a real issue as everyone tends to be quiet but worth noting if you're a light sleeper. But this is very standard for a riad. Definitely recommend and would happily come back!

Paradise in the middle of the medina

It seemed very hidden, but after walking the area we found that the location was just perfect, close but quiet, private and safe. The service was amaizing, the administrator took 15 minutes to tell us about the medina and warn us about usual scams. It was the best in our 5 city travel in Morroco, the food was outstanding and the room was quite ethnic contemporary style, not overwhelming like other roads we've been.

Different but special

It is a different concept if you are accustom to Vegas type hotels. It is definitely something that you must try. It is shocking when you arrive in your car and it can not go thru the walkways and you need to walk thru. It is impacting when you see you walking thru those confined spacesp. But, you get accustom quite fast. Residents help you and protect you. The hotel is very personalized. You feel in heaven with such as good services. They are concentrated on every single detail to please you. Breadfast and Dinner are very good and affordable

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Utopia Suites war ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden bestens behandelt, das Essen was sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter haben sich stätig bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Ich persönlich hätte den ganzen Tag auch nur im Riad bleiben können, da es so angenehm ruhig und friedlich war, im Gegenteil zu stressigen Stadt. Ich würde es definitiv nochmals buchen, wenn ich nach Marrakesch fliegen sollte. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Auch als wir am letzten Tag krank wurden, hat sich das Hotelpersonal sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns kostenlos verpflegt mit Essen und Getränken.

Luxurious hotel, friendly staff

We had a wonderful 2 nights in this lovely hotel. We were welcomed with mint tea and some information about Marrakech. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a great bathroom. The staff were fab and very friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them and they would go out of their way to help. Location - isn't too hard to find following signs and directions provided. The roof terrace is perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around, and a the pool is great for a refreshing dip. Overall would recommend to anyone travelling to Marrakech - thanks for a great stay.
