Genius hospitality

What an incredible stay. The entire team made our stay (three rooms of friends) over the weekend an entire delight. Hassan is the absolute best. What a kind soul who preempts every wish or need. Mouad is also very caring… cannot find a single fault with this dreamy Riad. El Fenn and La Mamounia being a short all away is another bonus….

Great Riad. Central Location. Clean and Comfy.

Great Riad with character and beautiful and clean rooms for a great price. In a central location, but set back from the main street making it quiet from the city noise. The rooftop terrace and beautiful architecture is also a nice touch. Lastly, the customer service from owners to all the staff was exceptional.

The Riad is beautifully clean, calm and quiet. The staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing-they made us feel immediately welcome and at home.

The towels look dirty, and I realised it has been placed on the shelf under the sink, and the problem is the sink leaks, therefore the towels soaked up the dirty water from the sink. The door to my hotel room also has a little bit of problem. It’s only using bolt to close the door, and during my second nite of stay at the hotel, the bolt to my door disappeared, and I’ve to call for help or else the door wouldn’t be locked the entire nite. Second day then I found the bolt inside a big laundry basket. The cleaner must have removed the bolt and placed it there, but forgotten to put it back. Overall the hotel is a bit aged and needs some touch up.

Hassan was a fantastic host and always made sure our needs were being met. It was in great location. It is a true Moroccon experience unlike the hotels in the newer secrion of Marrakesh. We had to leave the Riad Tizwa to move to a hotel part of a tour we were on. The hotel in the new section could have been anywhere in the world and as dull as could be.
