Travelled here solo. Requested airport transfer via the riad, which has been very prompt both ways. Once arrived, I have been welcomed warmly with tea, and a scribbled map of directions, restaurants and bars of Marrakech, for an easy introduction to the city.
The staff have been welcoming from start to finish, always prompt to help with any request, at any time. The breakfast served each day was rich and offered a lot of varieties.
The cleanliness of the bedroom was up to standards, I am usually very fussy about this but the room was impeccable and maintained throughout the stay.
The riad is accessible by car and not far off, there is an intersection where you can easily grab a taxi if needed.
As a solo female traveller, the area did feel generally safe, of which I went around at different times of day and night. It does have a feel of a more local feel rather than a touristic one of the city and it is easily walkable to many attractions, which was my preference.
Fyi for other women, outside the riad, there is of what seems a motorbike type of garage and there are always local men around, some of which may look / start conversations, however once ignored / refused, they have not insisted. For nights out, I did have taxi ride organised by riad with pick up and drop off right in front, which was what gave me a peace of mind and comfort.
Overall, it was an amazing stay and I will definitely recommend this accommodation to all types of travellers.
