Great location next to the Medina, you can walk and be central to everything. Just wish the staff spoke better English, as the communication was hard, and they need to have a credit card machine; because not everyone wants to withdraw cash, I use my CC so I can earn points and keep a log of everything.

We had to pay 30% more upon arrival than what had been agreed in the booking. Fortunately Hotels.com refunded us the difference. They also messed up our days of stay and were going to end our stay one day too early, luckily this issue was solved. The breakfast was good and the view from the terrace is nice.

Spacious, clean and quiet with great location

Lovely clean, quiet stay in the Medina. The location was perfect and the staff friendly and accommodating. Don’t use google maps to find this place. It will lead you astray. If you do use it, keep the mint sellers on your left as you walk about 100 yards, working your way down the alley to the left. The sign is white with red letters, across from the date/candy souks.

I spent 4 days in Marrakesh as a solo traveler. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, right on the edge of the main square. Very difficult to find a proper outdoor swimming pool in the medina but the pool is lovely there. I had a whole 1 bedroom apartment for myself and the price was very reasonable. Very good value for money. But the big thing for me was the staff who couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable. Thank you Salma (you are a star), Zainab and Mohamed, you were all fantastic!

Beware of City Tax Scam

The location of this apartment hotel is excellent, very close to Jemaa el Fnaa. English language is a problem for most people in Morocco, and this place was no exception. The apartment is a reasonably good apartment. The only main issue to be a aware of is that government city tax is only €1 per person per night. They WILL try to charge you much more, but now that you're aware, DON'T let them.

Bon séjour dans cette résidence très bien située (à 2 pas de la place Jemaa El Fna). On nous a mis dans l'appartement Douiria (ce n'était pas celui indiqué lors de la réservation) Connexion difficile, wifi très instable. On devait être à l'entrée de l'appartement pour capter ou carrément dans le couloir. Idem pour la TV, 1 seule chaîne quand elle veut bien se mettre. Piscine non chauffée et pas trop entretenue, transats très vieux, on s'est quand même baigné pour se rafraichir. Henné interdit dans la résidence. Personnel très gentil. Réception ouverte 24h/24. Ménage aléatoire tous les 2 ou 3 jours. 1 rouleau de PQ pour 4 pour 2-3 jours. Il faut toujours aller en réclamer à la réception, c'est pénible et usant... Cuisine très rustique. Calme ...sauf quand il y a des travaux autour ! Ce qui a été le cas pour nous. Bon petit déjeuner, viennoiseries/crêpes qui changent tous les jours. Sinon c'est toujours pareil, mais dépaysant car pris sur la terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la Koutoubia et l'Atlas! Pas de pdj prévus à emporter quand vous devez partir plus tôt du fait du vol de votre avion, dommage. Attention aux moustiques !

Personnel 24/7 sur place, souriant et accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner continental servie à la terrasse avec une vue sur les Atlas. Chambres confortable et typique d’une Rihad. Au cœur de l’action de la médina et de la place Jamma El Fna. TOUT est à distance à pieds. ATTENTION si vous arrivez en voiture indiquer à votre GPS “ Parking Koutoubia” (impossible de se rendre à la résidence en voiture). Garer votre voiture pour le temps de votre séjour, seulement 45 Dirham/ 24hrs et sécurisé. Ensuite laissez vous emporter par la culture marocaine 😉

Séjour agréable, chambre n9 au calme aucun bruit , petit déjeuner très correct sur la terrasse, personnel très gentil ,hôtel très bien situé à 2min à pieds de la place . Nice place with one horrible downside! Bed bugs!

The place is in great location. The staff is friendly. The rooms are as per pictures but there was a terrible problem.. bed bugs! This completely ruined our experience. My daughter got bitten 23 times and we complained on the first day with 7 bites but no action was taken. We literally stopped using an entire room for the duration of our 9 day stay. The property should have proper fumigation done

La résidence est excellente et le service est très bon. Ma famille et moi avons beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Le thé était plus que parfait surtout que je suis un adepte du thé. L’accès reste un peu difficile, on a pris un peu plus du temps pour trouver e résidence l’accès par voiture jusqu’à la porte est impossible. A part ça tout était a la hauteur. Merci.
