Scammer . They first said that they never received the reservation from Expedia . Then after waiting for hours and talking to the Expedia agents , the hotel management somehow found the reservation and ask me to pay for extra to stay . The actual director was nice . And at a moment I decided to pay and stay . But as soon as she left the front desk was so rude and did his best for me to not stay . So we left and stayed somewhere else . The hotel who claimed to not have my reservation somehow now are refusing to return the money for a reservation they never had . I tried to call them but phone number that doesn’t work. It’s a very unfortunate to have a good facility ruined by awful personnel

Buongiorno, il mio soggiorno al hotel era buono, personale molto gentile, c’è stato un solo problema, al momento del mio arrivo non trovavano la mia prenotazione e mi hanno detto che non potevano darmi la camera perché l hotel era pieno, dopo un po’ di attesa finalmente mi hanno trovato in stanza.

Overall good experience

Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel concierge at the desk were extremely friendly and smiley and always helpful with any enquiries. However We got an email the day before arrival which claimed that the hotel could provide pickup from the airport but when we landed in morocco, the hotel claimed they did not provide this service which was very annoying as we were initially told that they would. Breakfast at the hotel was good and main chef was very friendly. Hotel is located away from the noise and area is very peaceful and quiet. The pool area was also clean and nice. For the cheap price i would say that the overall experience was very good.

Volvieron a cobrar a la persona que se le hizo la reserva y el q estaba en el hotel, tuve que llamar para reclamar esa falla para la devolución del dinero, me parece que el hotel le falta seriedad en tratamiento con sus clientes

Très bon séjour

Trés bon séjour. Hotel avec tout ce qu’il faut. Manque un peu de propreté. Les chambres fait à la va vite et certaines serviettes laissé au sol sont juste repliés alors qu’elles étaient sales. Sinon très bon accueil. Personnels gentils. Au top !!!!

Das Hotel liegt in einem identitätslosen Vorort Marrakeschs und ist völllig introvertiert ausgerichtet. Das Nachtessen war bei uns nicht inklusive. Wir wiesen den Kellner darauf hin. Dieser meinte, das kann nicht sein, wir sollen uns verpflegen. Nach dem Essen, welches unterdurchschnittlich schlecht war, kamm er mit der Rechnung (220 Dirham/Person), welche dem mehrfachen eines sehr guten Menüs im restlichen Marokko entsprach. Das Morgenbuffet war durchschnittlich. Diverse Angebote (z.B. Fitness) konnten zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts nicht genutzt werden. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Wer das Hotel einzig zum Übernachten benutzt und sich auswärts verpflegt ist jedoch gut bedient.

Dese el.principio que se retraso el vuelo casi 2 horas y llegar a las 17, al ir en tido incluido les dijimos que si podismos comer algo pues desde las 6:45tsnti mis hijos mi marido y yo no habismos comido nada llevsndo menores y nos la negaron tuve que pagqr 25€ poruna hamburguesa y una pizza con todo incluidi. La comida vomitiva con pajaros entrsndo a comer la bolleria y comida y hormigas en la comida. No te poduas sentar ni en el sillon ni la silla de la habitacion de la miersaque habia, sabanas sucias suelos rotos servicio sucio bañera inodoro erc cucarachas en la habitacion que parecian ellas los clientes en vez de nodotris de las que habis. Al dia siguiente llame a expedia para que el hotel me devolbiera los 8 dias pagados e irme a buscar otro y segun la directora expedia se nego. Los colchones rotos y se te clavan los muelles y me lo vendio expedia como tofo lujo. Sienfo yo persona con movilidad reducida y tomanfo altas dosus de morfina les dije que si tenisn colchones buenos pues en mi estado me he pasado los 10 dias sin dormir gracias a expedia pie no sacarme de alli en las varias conversaciones con ellos psra que el hotel me diera mi dinero. No me ha dado un tromjo en las piernas de milagro. De unas vacaciones ideales a nuestra peor pesadills. Por fsvor que nadie se deje engañar y vaya a este hotel. Porwie sntez de hacer la reserva preginte mil veces si era bueno camas burnas y todo mentirs. Me dijerin que tenia comida internacional, italiana, española, marroqui,.

Très déçu lors de l’arrivée à cet hôtel, les photos observées sur le site ne correspondaient pas du tout à la réalité. Un accueil plus que médiocre ou le personnel n’était pas du tout agréable. De même nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas avoir de clime dans notre chambre, celle-ci ne fonctionnant pas. En ce qui concerne la salle de sport elle était dans un état plus que pitoyable (de la poussière sur tout les appareils ainsi que sur l’ensemble du parquet, de l’herbe, des appareils qui ne fonctionnent pas...), rien à voir avec les photos du site ! En ce qui concerne la nourriture elle était d’une qualité très moyenne, des plats réchauffés, peu variés, moi et mes deux amis sommes donc tombés malade. Nous avons aussi eu le droit à la trouvaille de deux cafards dans notre chambre dont la propreté reste très douteuse (traces de moisissures, poussières, serviettes déchirées, couvertures déchirées...). Pour conclure c’est une grosse déception et nous ne retournerons certainement pas au sein de cet hôtel, de même que nous ne le conseillerons pas.

Négatif : lit inconfortable, terrasse sale, piscine insalubre . Réceptionniste mal éduqué, un gamin ingras, incompétents. Cheap person !! Positif : petit-déjeuner, serveurs au resto sourire avenant, courtoisie, professionnalisme.

On arrival at 10.30pm we were told there were no rooms available. They were taking us to another hotel in an hour and they offered us complimentary evening meal. The food had been sat there for hours so I declined and took a complimentary drink to the pool area!!! The children’s pool I wouldn’t have put my dog in and larger pool wasn’t much better. The one hotel receptionist was dealing with very annoyed people whilst we waited for our taxi. We were told we would be picked up first thing in morning to bring us back to rawabi. We waited 2 days and still nobody responded to our emails so we had to pay out again. I would not advise anybody to stay at this hotel the service and standards are appalling. I’m not being rude i have stayed in hostels better than this.

Attention « All inclusive » est un terme utilisé complètement abusivement ! Seule la chambre est comprise dans le prix vendu ici ! A la réception cafouillage sur attribution de la chambre. Chambre aux fenêtres telles qu’on est quasi sur la route très passante ou dans le ciel avec des avions volant hyper bas ! Hotel 4 étoiles qui n’en vaut pas le standing.
