This resort hotel has beautiful gardens, trees and landscape. It's serene and relaxing. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet includes plenty of offerings and selections. I stayed with my wife for four nights and we extremely enjoyed it. Will go back.

Amazing!! Amazing!!
Beautiful Hotel or I must say it is a resort. The place, staff, and amenities, It is very difficult to express my honest feelings about this resort. The staff is so polite and very helpful. 3 restaurants with different cuisines. Amazing breakfast with lots of choices. Whether you are going with or without family, I strongly recommend this place to everyone. Definitely going to visit again.

Lovely Stay at the Barcelo Palmeraie
We have had a wonderful stay in Marrakesh. The Barcelona Palmeraie has been comfortable, the staff is excellent and the breakfasts delicious. We have stayed in Barcelo hotels in other cities and have been very pleased.

Incredibly Friendly Staff
I had to book this hotel last minute because the WiFi at my Riad went out. I was very impressed with the property the soon as i stepped foot inside The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to help me get my boarding passes printed and got me a taxi The property itself was impressive and very well maintained. The restaurant is great with a pretty big selection of food

Hotel is adequate, relatively clean and comfortable but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. We felt a bit ripped off by the “all-inclusive” package we booked that didn’t include most of the available amenities at the hotel (only the buffet available each day or certain items at the pool at certain times, no room service, most drinks not included and all inclusive drinks not available after 11). Pool not heated and unusable this time of year. Staff were friendly but usually just asked us to look at the app rather than helping with requests. Property was mostly empty and at times felt like we were the only people there and no real activities in the evening. It’s quite a large property and our rooms were quite far from the lobby area which added to the sense of isolation. Spa services / airport transfers / extra services were vastly more expensive than at many riads available in the Medina. Seems like the hotel is mostly used for conferences and I can imagine it would be great for that but wouldn’t recommend for holiday stays. We stayed at a riad for the first couple of days and thought that offered much better value for what we got even without the all inclusive option.

Wonderful hotel
Great hotel, well maintained beautiful grounds. Nice choice of pools. Various activities for all ages, kids club was decent too. A little out the way from the city centre but free hotel shuttle bus runs regularly. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter and I had a great relaxing holiday. This is a very well maintained, spacious resort with nice pools and a few activities one could join. The all-inclusive package worked very well for us as we spent most of the time at the hotel. It would have been nice to have access to the services offered by the wellness centre in advance as it ended up to be limited to hammam/massage.

We had a great stay at the Barcelo. We travelled with our one year old child and parents. The staff were amazing, very helpful and always attentive. The food was good. They had a range of activities including tennis, mini golf, volley ball and kids club. The swimming pools were clean and lovely. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back or visit their sister hotels across the globe.

Very nice hotel, super friendly and helpful staff and great to be there whilst Morocco was beating Spain! Some things could do with a refresh and a little tlc (especially the small and under equipped gym) but overall it was lovely and an oasis of calm away from the madness of Marrakesh!

Check in was smooth and receptionist was friendly. First they gave us a room with a very bad smell, and we had to change without any problems. First day we used the pool and didn't know about towel policy, so we had to get cards from the reception to use pool towels. 2nd day i lost clothes in the backyard and couldn't find them, reception and security wasn't with any help. My wife had a stomachache in the night, we reached out to reception for help to see nearby hospitals, he gave us directions, but it felt like they didn't care what we were going through. All in all, we wanted to stay 7 nights, but couldn't finish, we went out on our 4th day, to find an other stay.

Good 5 star hotel. Amazing meals, people don’t speak English much as they mostly speak French but they do understand your needs and are really helpful. Everyone at front desk speaks English. Our kids loved it too.

Doesn't have two double beds
Everything was good with our stay, regarding the hotel and staff. My issue was hotel.com website advertises rooms with two double beds. the hotel do not have this option, very disappointing as this is important to us.

Pleasant 3 day stay
Staff was very good. Ibrahim helped me find a place to get a hair cut and arranged a driver for my wife and I. COVID protocols were in place and sensible. Location is a bit out of the way but is tranquil. Food was good. Great stay.

it's a very nice hotel. the staff are awesome very friendly the hotel it self is very nice and clean. you can bring your kids they provide plenty of activities to do. highly recommended. best part is the double pool. it is very practicle for people with no kids. they can have a quite moment in the pool.

Lovely vacation
I stayed here on a British family holiday, which overall was lovely. The food here is very nice and fresh and the staff are also very helpful. Note that the facilities are not as quoted, the fitness centre is awful. There were three machines and two of them do not work, they also do not have basketball or horse riding as advertised in this hotel. If you remove these issues, both outdoor pools are great and there is never an issue getting a sun bed. We would return back here, it was an enjoyable stay
