Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Rooms were not clean, dead bugs everywhere and a terrible smell. We made several complains but staff didn’t care at all. Everything is outdated and needs a renovation. Staff of restaurant was friendly. If you want to stay in Marrakech please book another hotel if you want to enjoy and not want to worry about those things!

Très bon accueil malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Nordine le directeur, nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée à l'aéroport et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes (sorties, taxi, départ avant le petit déjeuner). Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour, l'équipe est formidable, petite mention spéciale pour Mohseen au restaurant qui est vraiment au petit soin pour les clients. La chambre très propre, spacieuse, climatisée! Rien a dire vraiment. Le seul petit bémol c'est le bruit de la circulation à la piscine. Mais ça fait partie de Marrakech: la circulation ! 😀 Franchement, nous reviendrons !
