Very friendly staff, and great breakfast and room but the area is not easy to reach by cab especially during the day and walking around at night does not feel that safe especially if you are not with a group. Also getting inside the hotel at night was not easy without an outdoor key.

Beautiful Riad

Great welcome from the staff when we arrived at the Riad. We were served some mint tea and some sweet pastries while waiting for our room to be cleaned (we got there approximately 2.5 hours before check-in). The staff is wonderful and the décor outstanding. The Riad is a 25 minutes walk from the Jeema La Fna which we didn't mind but still well located. The rooms are large and very well decorated (our bathroom was HUGE). I highly recommend it for anyone who wants the local experience with close attention to detail.

Book this Riad if available. An amazing property with real charm and attention to detail, I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The service I received was really above and beyond. I received an email before traveling offering me transfer and a meal of my choosing, which I accepted. The meal, simply the best Tagine I ever had, except the following evening I hade another one and they looked after my 5 outside guests superbly. Breakfast was a little different everyday, so well thought out and prepared. My room was super comfortable, loved going back to the Road after my days work.

The riad was ok, I didn't get anyone who spoke English. I was with my family and breakfast was basic and cold. The description of accommodation was not as described on hotel. But as I have visited Marrakech many times I felt leaving and coming back to riad we were not given a key for main entrance when coming back. We always had to knock which was a pain especially coming back late.

Spotless accommodation with the most helpful staff. The location was within minutes of lots of attractions and we always felt safe walking even in the evening. The breakfast was different every day and very satisfying. The lamb dinner was superb and the staff could not have been more helpful and full of humor. We highly recommend this location. The manager helped with arranging a hike to the High Atlas mountains that i would not have wanted to miss. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience.

No fire safety!!! There are no smoke alarms,water sprinklers, fire exits, instructions in case of fire and no safety lights. I woke up to a large fire in my room on the first night, I then had to run through the hotel to go find a member of staff and wake him up. I was very lucky to have woken up because if I hadn’t I think everyone in the hotel would now be dead. If the fire had spread outside my room the 2 rooms next to mine one which had a family in, would definitely not have been able to escape as the only exit was past my suite.

Geweldig personeel! Dit riad zag er prachtig uit. Heel schoon met mooi verlichte gangen en de geur van sinaasappelbloesem overal. Het eten en ontbijt waren heerlijk. Het bed was altijd mooi opgemaakt en lag ook prima. De badkamer was ruim en mooi gedecoreerd.

This is a wonderful small hotel in a great location. The staff was warm and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The service was first rate. We took a class cooking class and arranged a massage. We were there for New Years and the staff arranged such a fun and special New Years dinner. We had a blast. Samer was especially funny and kind and took great care of us. The Riad is beautiful and well maintained, and the location is very convenient but also far enough from the chaos of the souks to be a restful oasis.

Le personnel nous a accueilli chaleureusement dès notre arrivée; en partageant un thé, nous avons pu recevoir de précieux conseils sur la ville de Marrakech en attendant que nos chambres se libèrent (nous étions arrivés avant l'heure). Le personnel est très attentionné et particulièrement serviable, les chambres sont magnifiques, très bien décorées et très grandes. Location safe and good. Good feeling. Near airport .. don’t pay more than 10 euros for ride from airport. Good people. Good dinner breakfast and Berber music was awesome at nights play in open space.

Der Aufenthalt im Riad war sehr angenehm. Bereits bei der Ankunft hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Service hervorragend war. Man hat uns herzlich empfangen. Und bei Interesse erhält man wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung und Ausflüge. Wir hatten die Imperial Suite, die schön geräumig, sauber und gemütlich war. Abends bei Ankunft nach unserem Ausflug wurden wir mit sehr angenehmen Klängen (durch eine einheimische Band) empfangen, die das Innere im Riad erfüllt hat. Es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Und würde es jedem weiter empfehlen.

UN BEL RIAD ALL'INTERNO DELLA KASBAH

Il Riad è molto bello, la Suite Royale elegante, comoda per una coppia e due figli, i servizi attenti, il ristorante ottimo, l'ospite seguito. Alla posizione nella kasbah dopo qualche giorno ci si abitua. Se tornassi un giorno a Marrakesh ripeterei la scelta.

Excellent riad, best service/staff ever had!

I chose this riad by the reviews it had and I can safely say they all were right! The riad is located in an anonymous place about 10 min walking distance from the main square. Once you enter you are in a beautiful riad, nicely decorated. But the best thing of this place is the staff, so helpful, kind and friendly. They go out of their way to meet your needs. I strongly recommend this place especially if you're looking for a romantic, clean, safe and relaxing place. Oh and the atmosphere for the dinners are amazing with local entertainment! Great food too!

We stayed at two properties in Marrakech. This road was absolutely stunning both inside and out. The staff were all kind and attentive, always approaching conversations with a smile. On two occasions, they went above and beyond - whether it be assisting with transit or preparing breakfast at 2am before our flight. Amazing hospitality! The room was attended to well by the staff - clothes were folded, items organized and the room was always cleaned to perfection. We enjoyed dinner onsite one night which was by far the. best meal we had and the ambiance was lovely. The only downside was the longer commute to Jemma El Fina - roughly twenty minute walk through some areas which were either smelly (morning market w chicken and fish) or highly trafficked with cars.
