THE PLACE IS CLOSED
This place is no longer in business but expedia is still offering it as a booking inthevsite. I found out about it only when I got here and had to find a new place on the spot which you can imagine was very stressful and inconvenient. Expedia has no local number to call and couldn’t find an email to reach them. Horrible experience!!!

Immerse in the Perfect Moroccan Experience
This is a beautiful property, located within walking distance of the highlights of the Medina. Like every riad in Marrakech, it will be IMPOSSIBLE to find without being guided there. After reading another traveler's advice, we called the property and had them send a taxi to pick us up at the airport on arrival. The driver drove us the short distance (5k) to the medina walls, parked the cab, and walked us in (1k) through the medina to the front door of the riad. You access the riad through a beautiful door at the end of a narrow, wandering alley. Once you've been shown where it is, you'll be fine on your own. Our entire experience was perfect. Likely because of two reasons: We were the only guests there for 3 of the 4 nights; and, it was December so we avoided the heat that I've heard can be a city-wide issue. There appear to be 7-8 beautifully-appointed suites on the property, so even at capacity you won't be dealing with many people. A central, open air courtyard brings fresh air and the faint sounds of the nearby Jemaa el Fna market, and the daily prayers of the various mosques in the medina. The three-level riad has a rooftop oasis where a multi-plate breakfast was cooked and served fresh each morning. Service was outstanding. A knock at the front door quickly brings a staff member to let you into the property, 24 hours a day. The food was amazing, and the room was made up each day. There seemed to be 2-3 staff members on the property at any time, perfect for its size.
A typical walk through the medina

The hotel was nice and thr staff treated us like royalty, they looked after us really well but could do with better lighting but apart from that everything else was great.

Paradise, plain and simple.
This was one of the most memorable places I've ever stayed at. This riad had a very homey feeling. You actually have to knock to get into the building, you get to know the small staff quite well, and you can generally leave your door unlocked since there are only a half-dozen rooms. Most of the time I was in my room I left the door slightly open so I could hear the fountain and enjoy a breeze. The common areas are incredibly relaxing and have just the right balance of openness and privacy. You hear nothing but the fountain, some birds that hang out in the trees in the courtyard, and tasteful, light background music. In all of my travels I've never stayed at a place that I wanted to come back to so much during the day. Breakfast was first rate; among the best I've had despite not having any meat! It was something I looked forward to each morning. My room (‘Laila Salida’) was very comfortable. The bathroom was fine except I wish there was more shelf or counter space. There is no TV in the room (a first for me) and thank goodness! With the relatively open nature of the complex, you wouldn’t want this anyway. Internet is available but was a bit slow and sporadic in my room. I've never stayed at a place that was so peaceful and relaxing; especially after a day in the medina. The property is at least as nice IRL as it is in the photos. There is a 360 degree view from the rooftop terrace from which you can see the Atlas Mountains. I can go on and on... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

On recommande chaudement. Marine & Guillaume

Repetiremos

Horroroso. Pésimo servicio. Suciedad. Bombillas fundidas. Grietas. No funciona agua caliente a ratos. Fatal.
