The restaurant/bar offers good food and drinks and seems to be the focus, along with possibly the pool area. (We did not use pool but it was packed and those using it seemed happy.) We traveled with a dog. Hotel is more like a motel in that they only provide fresh linens/towels/clean every 5 days. Yes, 5 days. That was not great and probably contributed to the moldy/damp atmosphere. Kids running around banging on doors was a PITA. Location is great and staff is pleasant and helpful.

Our room was not cleaned when we arrived but Madison was very helpful to resolve the situation. She found a clean room that was an upgrade to our initial reservation. The hotel is dirty and needs upgrades- particularly the elevator. The hotel is in a good location that is close to restaurants and shops.

My room was beautiful and clean with a great view of the lakeshore and lighthouse pier. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again!
