"This hotel got as high as a 3 only because the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was not clean, we walked in and it was 91 degrees on a 70 dress degree day, and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t run it while trying to sleep. My husband’s words… it sounded like a dying walrus. I understand ..."
