Ferienwohnung mit ungenutztem Charme

Die Wohnung besitzt eine gewissen Charme, welcher leider sehr getrübt wurde. Zum Checkin fehlte leider die Bezeichnung der Wohnung, so dass wir ca. 30 min das Gelände abgesucht haben und an allen Türen uns Glück versuchten. Ferner waren es die schmutzigen Gläser und Besteck in den Schränken. Terrassentüren konnten nicht geöffnet werden und in jedem Zimmer waren Spinnenweben, welche sicherlich nicht erst seid kurzem dort waren. Ein persönlicher Kontakt wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Unsere Woche am Chiemsee war sehr schön, trotz schlechtem Wetter.

Sehr schöne Anlage, wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 4 bis 8 Jahren. Die Umgebung gibt viel her so das man auch trotz schlechtem Wetter viel Unternehmen kann. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr Idyllisch und ladet dich zum wohnen ein. Die Wohneinheiten sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet wir haben uns auch wohlgefühlt. Der einzige Störfaktor war die Spülmaschine, die hat nicht sauber gespült, das Geschirr kam zum größten Teil wieder so raus wie man es rein hat. Das lag wohl auch am Alter der Maschine, man hat gesehen das ihre besten Tage vorbei sind und sie eigentlich aus dem Dienst genommen werden sollte. Bei 6 Personen hätten wir uns über eine funktionierende Spülmaschine schon gefreut. Was auch noch ein kleiner Mango war, 3 Spülmaschinentaps für eine Woche ist auch ein etwas wenig, wie gesagt wir waren 6 Personen davon 3 Kinder. Aber wie schon erwähnt, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

ganz toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, die einzelnen Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Kinder gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz und Fahrzeuge zum Fahren. Auch der Festsaal ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen :)

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal für 4 Personen. Auch für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Gewürze, Öl, Essig auch vorhanden). Ideal, um die schöne Umgebung und auch Skigebiete zu erkunden.

Alles prima

Wie schon beim letzten Mal haben wir den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Alle Ferienwohnungen von Stefan Felder, in denen wir waren, sind sehr geschmackvoll und auch praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Gemütliche, moderne Ferienwohnung auf herrlich urigen Hof

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der große Garten mit seinen tollen Obstbäumen, dem angebauten Gemüse und verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist herrlich urig.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, im Grünen und von der Tiroler Achen nur durch die Strasse getrennt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, sehr bequeme Betten. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit der Familie hatten wir reichlich Platz. Den Außenbereich haben wir witterungsbedingt nicht genutzt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wunderbare Woche

Wir haben eine wirklich wunderschöne Urlaubswoche hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ausserordentlich geschmackvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet und die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles ist in Laufnähe erreichbar (Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Gasthöfe etc.) Ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für lange Wanderungen oder Tagesausflüge! Die Ruhe im Garten und Haus lädt danach zum Erholen ein. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist prima, Hunde sind auch Willkommen, was will man mehr... Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit der Familie ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden. Die Sitzecke im Garten ist super im Sommer und es war sogar eine Feuerschale aufgestellt. Vielen Dank das wir zu Gast sein durften.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Dem Vermieter ist das Wohl seiner Mieter sehr wichtig, bei Fragen war er immer da. Der Ort Marquartstein ansich ist ausgestorben. Man muss schon mit dem Auto raus, wer aber im heimischen Garten die Ruhe und die Atmosphäre der Berge genießen will ist hier genau richtig.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen

Für uns als Familie in dieser stressigen Coronazeit die pure Erholung. Die FeWo ist wirklich gelungen - über zwei Etagen mit einer schönen großen Küche, umgeben von einer riesigen Wiese an den Ausläufen des Hochgerns. Dem Vermieter ist das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste sehr wichtig - wir kommen gerne wieder!
