The spa was very clean, the staff in every area were responsive and friendly throughout the hotel. They have Donny performing which was really really good. Big Elvis in the Piano bar is Terrific and it’s free. Love that Harrahs is within walking distance to the Sphere and the Linq. Great place to stay.

Booking on this hotel was something else. When the time came close for us to arrive to this location, it was interesting how much email you get from the hotel to skip the lines and check in online. Beware there was no internet available as soon as you get to the registration counter. When we got to our room, the room had a stale dungeony smell. The AC was a bit loud when running, as if it needed lubrication. This was a quick trip. We stayed 2 nights. There are CVS a block or two away from the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is central to many places in Las Vegas. This will probably be the only time I'll stay here.

It was just farther away from everything else, snacks, even bottled water was a charge and if you happen to move something just to look at it, it has a weight sensor so you get charged. Cup for coffee or tea- charged as that is also weight sensor charge- based. The refrigerator had a mini bar which is nice, but if I needed to store something in the refrigerator, I get charged a $50 daily use fee… these things are supposed to be standard not charged just to utilize the in room refrigerator.

Everything about this resort was amazing! I’ll definitely be back!

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beautiful property and view.
