"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. "Camera pulita e adeguata, il secondo letto matrimoniale un po' posticcio ma abbastanza comodo. La colazione era tipica italiana con brioche e cappuccino, si potevano prendere anche più brioches e altre bevande. Ho visto persone però che mangiavano uova e prosciutto a colazione, quindi anche salata se richiesta. La signora del bar molto gentile e disponibile."
